I find the "laser" sounds can be made on a ramp envelope(am I wrong?) Look at the efm machines. I don't know exactly what "sid" sounds are, but you need noise in the afm parameters with the bit change parameters (I have not looked at my MD in a couple days, taking a break from it, and quit my job! LAZE). I'd like to say here that the md can be similar to the mono's vo sounds. And I'm not that mono-resale-guy, I'm drunk. Capitalism sucks, and I'll say that as a sober US-ian. But then again you wouldn't have a large electronic musical instrument market, but then again Sweden is a welfare state (don't forget POLYVOKS). Some investigating needs to be done. Long live the welfare state! and yes I've been to Sweden and it's a lovely country. Too many ! endless. (and if I know you as a non spammer I'd tell you my real email, my yahoo is full of teenage porn and not my real name. Teenage in the sense that it's my oldest. Maybe teenage pornsites too? Ah, spam's the flavah...) God, what 'ave I done? Stop! Don't forget I'm drunk. --- In elektron-users@yahoogroups.com, "pelektor" <pelektor@y...> wrote: > Hello! > > anyone tried(managed) to get "sid" type sounds, or "space invader" > like sounds in the MD? like bassdrums or snare or maybe some > good "lazer" sounds? > > I've tried, haven't made it yet... > > If so, could you help me in making those sounds? maybe posting a > link to some sysx place? > > thanks > > po
