Re: [elektron] Internal Power-Supply

2003-10-31 by privat_joy

Well, i was asking this, because mine (recieved yesterday) isn't so
silent. I turned it on and could hear it humming. I didn't try to
press on the plate, i will try to do it today. Sure, MnM could sound
louder, but this humming reminds me to this trafos which were used to
give power to the small electric trains like Maerklin. So my humming
is not so silent that it not disturb me. No other synth i have make this!

By the, i had to make a factory reset befor i could get some result
out of MnM. Befor it was acting weird things, some lights flashing
here or there, and no sound at all.
After the factory reset it was like it should. today i will upgrade to
0.91 and start create some Kits.
So, does anyone think that this powersupplyhumming is critical?
Stefan
