It IS a beautiful machine and just as inspiring as the machinedrum.
However, I do have one issue with the design.  It has to do with more or
less the placement of the rotaray knobs in relation to the LCD screen.
When you are editing with the left hand (right hand for keyboard), your
hand blocks the view of the LCD screen and you have to twist your arm or
wrist out of the way.  This wasn't such an issue with the MD because the
knobs were further away from the LCD.  So really this is an ergonomic
thing - but certainly a small annoyance that I can easily ignore to the
benefits of its sheer power and unique ability of sequencing and
synthesis.  But something to consider in a future design rev.
