Elektron Musical Instruments

Sorry for the large time absent. There are many things to do before 
we release OS1.0. We will release an OS1.0 candidate next week, 
after which we will only add bug fixes up to OS1.0. Using the 
candidate you can start participating in the preset creation for 
OS1.0, as the sound and features will not change.

I'll just get back to a few things posted lately...

Are you referring to FX-THRU? Yes, I don't think we could find any 
more function to put in it.

That's how it should be.

What is ugly about that? All sound goes through the envelope, 
always, so if you want the sound to go through allways, then you 
should set the decay and release to maximum. You want the FX 
machines to bypass the envelope? Now, wouldn't that be an ugly 
workaround. Then we would need to implement new envelopes in all the 
machines that would gain from it, and I think that's all of them.

All FX structures are the same now, which means that you can gate 
the reverb the way you want. That's pretty unique, and you also have 
all the machine effects to play around with, and also the sequencer 
to make parameter locks if you want.

You already have triggerred gates and filters if you use the machine 
effects. What more are you looking for from the MD?

Go back and look for it, I think I explained it pretty thorougly a 
while ago. neibor effects the track before. Just remember you need 
to trig the envelope of the effect to get any sound.
