Elektron Musical Instruments

On thursday I received my machinedrum.
when I wanted to play, the only thing I heard was noise(as from a 
noise generator) and cracks.
I emailed elektron & they told me to do the 3 resets.
Everytime I do a reset I come in the main sreen & I don't know how to 
go back.
Can anybody help me?
