I really like having the LEDs above the keys...  They light up to show 
you what note you have selected for a certain step when you hold the 
step down, and you can change the note of the step by hitting a 
different key on the keyboard.  Very similar to the programming on the 
Yamaha RS7000 sequencer. plus more blinkenlights is always good :)
