Elektron Musical Instruments

Hi,

I was reading an old review of the Machinedrum in 
Swedish 'Musikermagasinet'. It says there that is possible to trigger 
the sounds of the machinedrum through the external inputs. I.e. that 
you can use VDRUM or DDRUM pads, or a michrophone drum trigger to 
trigger the machinedrum. I am wondering if this is true, is this 
truly possible?
