there is already some other music softs availible for gba:

and you can run LSDj on a GBA w/ a F2A cart using the gb emulator 
GOOMBA. i love this set up on my GBA-SP, it's beautiful. only problem 
is synching to other devices (not an option, gba link port boots up 
at 3.3v rather than the old 5v when it doesn't have an old legacy 
cart in it ;)

some people are also building their own flashable gameboy carts now! 
resourcful community, hehe
