I think the answer is no but I'll ask anyway...

Is there any way to audition a patch on the SidStation w/o external 
input (keyboard, sequencer, etc.)?  Like maybe selecting the "A" 
and "D" key at the same time?

It'd be cool to be able to pick up the Sid, program it over at a 
friends, in a hotel room, in front of the TV, etc. and trigger a note 
so you can hear what you're doing... Just you, the Sid, and a pair of 
earphones.

If not, may I be so bold as to request that function in a future OS 
update?

Speaking of... Has there been any more talk of an X0X sequencer in 
the SID O/S?  I do remember a couple whispers about that quite a few 
months back.
