look to the left of the frequency values, the note values are
right there.

it's on the same site, just below the plain text version. but it's the 
same
data, just laid out a bit prettier.

I can. like I said, I'm pretty sure that it wasn't designed that way.

not that I know of; but again, the only ones that anyone's translated 
note values
for are what's on that site. so feel free to translate the rest and 
then we'll see :-)
