You have ssl 4000 clone and Urei 1176 Clone. They sound great! Especially
the ssl sound excellent on drums.

Gear like that would be deadly in the hands of somebody who knows how to use

  take a look at the waveform (can you say "brick wall"?  :-)

  my guess is that there's some compression and limiting at work here.....

  but yes, I'd also like to hear some tips, as Rob's beats always come
