Found another MIDImachine bug in os119c....

To recreate :

Set any midi machine on any track.
select a Note, and eventually a N2 and N3 value.

What happens on all notes:
Changing any of the Note, N2, N3 values by fast turning the corresponding data entry knob (whether or not pressed);
and afterwards (without the data entry knob pressed) turning the value by one step in the opposite direction of the fast turn (i.e. changing Note From C2 to D#4 and then changing back to D4); does NOT cause the sent midi-out-note to change. (i.e. Note D#4 keeps being sent while in the display D4 is showed, and thus the sequencer should send D4 instead of D#4!).
