Elektron Musical Instruments

i was programmin a song in monomachine and suddenly monomachine
freezed completely. i had to turn it off and now when i turn it on
again the monomachine it won't start, it just shows the startup screen
and then goes blank! i can enter the menu if i press function when
turning power up. my question is that what does soft reset and
testmode do? can i try them out to fix this? or maybe if i re-install
the latest os it will wake up? i'm afraid that i loose all kits and
patterns...

please help! i should perform a gig TOMORROW and i f'uckin pissed off
for that this piece of sh't really isn't very reliable...

Soft reset is ok, it won't erase the patterns.
