Yes, this is true. I am using a portal called Metadot. There are a few
moficiations I need to perform in the source code before the site is
suitable for use. I am planning on an early January release.

Metadot has a wide range of features that I think people will be very
happy with.

Curses! Metadot uses too many resources for the server. I'll be using
Xoops instead, which is actually slightly cooler. The file upload
process is a bit more cumbersome, though. Things are coming along well.

Have you taken a look at Microbuilder yet? Its one of the better
community builders. IF youve ever gone to Micromusic before, you can
see how it works. Message boards, news, file uploads, chat program and
more all inside.

I know i sound like an advertisement, i would just like the go see
elektron have a cool community dedicated to it.

This looks like cool software, and I appreciate the recommendation. I
am, however, sticking with Open Source solutions. Xoops is
straigtforward and has a thriving user and developer community.

If anyone would like to give me a hand with making custom graphics for
Xoops, that would be great. I've got the stylesheet ready, but could
use a few small items to spice up the default Xoops appearance.
Specifically, I would like have custom Elektron-style icons for the
forum, rather than the (admittedly decent) default ones.

Happy Holidays, everyone! I've been getting many hours in on my
SFX-60, and am starting to get the hang of it. It's quite a powerful,
unusual synth. It doesn't hand you results on a plate, but once you
dig below the surface, untold pleasures await!

I plan on getting Xoops in to shape tomorrow. Then I'll figure out the
names of all the forum graphics. After that it will just be a matter
of substituting ones with appropriate names and sizes.

I like your drawing/paintings a lot.

I can also help out with some graphics stuff if you need it Scott.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
