Elektron Musical Instruments

Does the MD come with any pre-programed patterns, or are they all 
blank? I have a MD on the way, should be here Thursday!

It comes with a bunch of patterns, none of which I found to be very impressive (but that's 
just my opinion). If you hold down the function during startup, you enter the firmware 
utility menu. One of the options in that menu is to reset your MD, wiping its memory 
clean.
