might call for a face off : ) And its Tweakable!!!!! I like very much..
Guys, you have to stop whining. This machine sounds pretty great so far
spec wise. built in eq and compression per track!!! (am I right here?)
Daniel what are the built in efffect specs? Per step or per track? or what..
-you can all bitch about how "It didn't sound too great".. yeah, through your
shitty computer speakers!!!!! as a shitty MP3 file!!! Do you really
think that Elektron would put this much effort and time into a machine that
sounded shitty? I dont think so!!! And since when has any drummachine demo
sounded great anyway? Have faith my fellow electron heads....your new best
friend will be banging at your doors in two short months with a big red smile.
Thanks elektron!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I listened using my Mackie HR824s through my Korg Oasys. All my comments
still stand.

Daniel,

I'm begging you, please post a larger picture of the front panel of
the machinedrum.....

I can't wait to hear more samples.

Hi,

There's a difference between "bass" and "punch".

True! The specs are stunning! So are the specs of the Waldorf Q which has no punch
when compared to other synths in its class. (flame me privately on that). What I
mean is that specs don't tell the full story.

Anyway, I'm convinced the Machinedrum will deliver what it promises.

KRK V8 and Yamaha NS10.

> as a shitty MP3 file!!!

True, an MP3 file really messes with a lot of audible things.

Me neither! :-)
It's just we're telling them what we want. There's nothing wrong with constructive
criticism imo.

I agree on this.

> the demos sounded cool cool cool!!

They sound very warm and I can already think of hundreds of uses for it, but when
it comes to punchy BD, that wasn't in the demos yet.

Very much looking forward to it as well! :)

Bye,
Joeri
