Elektron Musical Instruments

Hi does anyone know if the MD and the MnM use the same power supply 
unit? I'm asking because I just got a MnM, but it has a 'noisy' PSU 
(does a little hum noise), and was thinking in using the one of my MD 
while I get a new one.

Where can I buy a new one?

BTW, does anyone know if a 'noisy' PSU could be any trouble in the 
future besides its 'hum'? Like it could burn or something...

The "hum" can come from a "on the way to die belly in the air" cap or 
from a vibrating transformer (to the AC frequency).

This can usually be cured… either by changing the faulty element, or by 
securing the transformator if it's only a bit loose.

Now, don't do this if you don't know what you are doing… A new PSU is 
not that expensive.
