UK upgrade

Has anyone else upgraded their machinedrum in the UK during the second friend batch? If so have you received it back yet or not? I sent mine in over a month ago now and have had not one email or any communication despite the bits in the upgrade procedure where they outline they'll contact you when it arrives, then send an estimated date etc etc etc. I eventually emailed elektron, three weeks ago now, to check it had arrived and they said it had arrived and gave me an estimated date. When it blantently hadn't met the estimated date and i hadn't received a new estimated date or info that it had been sent i emailed elektron again a week ago. I received no reply so I emailed both the service center and elektron again on monday as basically i was completely in the dark and didn't know if it had been sent back and lost by the shipping agent or still there or what? I still have had no reply from elektron, not even a courtious 'we've got your email' one, so i've just phoned the service center in london and was told they haven't received the parts from elektron yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, back to my question, have any UK upgraders who sent theirs in for the second batch of upgrades got them back??? I'm so angry now. I was going to buy a monomachine next month but there are plenty of other pieces of kit I can spend my money on. I'm tempted to get the service center to send my machindrum back unupgraded as it doesn't look like it'll be sorted any time soon.. Time to get on the phone to Sweden I guess. e
