MD n the Airport?

MD n the Airport?

2005-11-20 by Paul love

Has anyone taken their MachineDrum UW and carried it on a plane, Put it through the xray
Machine etc, etc. If so can the xray machine hurt the MD. I dont want to put in the under
caridge because they always loose my luggage and this way I know its with me at all times.
Please let me know any experiences you all might of had. Thanks Paul

Plenty of times, never had any problem. Though sometimes I have had to turn it on for security ;)

Yes, they have bomb-scanned our stuff many times. Maybe they can't see
well inside the MD with the XRay because of the thick steel. One thing
we've learned is that German bomb-scanning employees aren't very open
for jokes. :)

well when you step off the plane and they're standing there with
semi-automatic weapons, yes it can be a little freaky!

you all are light weights until you've travelled in and out of israel
with an indigo2 in a hard case (checked baggage! survived!) 7 HUGE
suitcases and 2 powerbooks. i guarantee that the german guards had
more humor than bozo the clown compared to the israelis.. (is there
still a bozo the clown?)...

the grand! prize! GAAAAME!
