preventing delay time interpolation on monomachine delay fx?

preventing delay time interpolation on monomachine delay fx?

2006-04-25 by Justin Maxwell

Hi elektronusers,

Although I usually love the sliding interpolation between delay times
when changing delay time on parameter locks, i'd like to disable that
and have the delays jump instantly between different parameter
locks. Is this possible?

In its current implementation it sounds like there's lag processing
on the new value to allow a smooth transition. I'd like it to be
abrupt.

Thanks,
Justin

...but would you accept the clicks or temporaily silence when the
delay buffer is changed? There is no magic middle way! :) Think of the
delay as a tape loop. You either have to cut (and usually erase) or
speed up.
