Well, actually not that self-explanantory:  it would be cool if I could
insert a row between to existing rows, so if I have ROW:001 and ROW:002,
then I could insert a row above or in place of 002 and push down the
existing 002 to 003.

unless there's somehting like this hidden that I haven't discovered yet??
