i am trying to add lets say 60% shuffle to only one track.
what must i do?

i have tried it many times!

Each track has a separate suffle track. Clear the suffle tracks where you don't 
want to have any suffle. Then the suffle will affect only the track you want.

At least this is how its done on monomachine, i don't know about the 
machinedrum.
