HELP!

HELP!

2006-09-20 by mr.projectile

i need help...

everywhere i read that the md will sync to logic 7.2 express fine but
it's not fine at all.

i've tried basically every setting i can think of and at best i can
get the md to sync to logic with the settings "tempo in: external" and
"ctrl sync: on" and the machinedrum is synced but it's stuttering
trying to stay in time. it sounds horrible. its a very noticeable
stutter compared to when the md is running on its own.

how do i fix this?

thanks

matt

What's your midi interface? Got the latest drivers for it? Checked
your midi cable? Does other gear sync ok?

Can you slave Logic off the MD instead?

I use Live, but maybe it will help you as well to
have the MD be the master for the tempo.

see if you have a midi feedback loop. Best way to check it is to unplug any
cable from MD's midi output.

just a thought

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
