has anyone had success using the MD for trigger outs? which sounds work what 
settings? i want to trigger an sh-101.

Use the GND Machine - Impulse - it's as close to a 5 volt Square Trig 
Pulse as you can get. Max the level on a separate output. Havn't tried 
it but it's the best shot I think. If I get chance I'll try it tonight.

Forgot to add - You have 4 main params that deal with the Impulse - 
UP, UP Value, Down and Down Value - for trigger usage in most cases go 
for maximum Up Value and vary the UP Time to get the best slave 
trigger timing response. Keep Down Value at Zero as most 5 volt 
devices trigger of a rising edge anyway.
