Replacing: When I upgraded my SPS1 to a U/W one of my encoders broke off when I was removing the knobs so I replaced it with a new one from Elektron. 

Cleaning: You will need some electrical contact cleaner. Oil based solutions will conduct electricity, bad.
Spray the electronic contact cleaner into the tiny gap between the stem and cup, and turn the knob back and forth until it works.

thank for support, the cleaning way is very optimistic :(
i bought this monster machine used very cheap 
during the shipment something went wrong and all the encoders was
pull-down, from Sweden no response for other knobs pheraps i will
upgrade to
