For Sale: MD-UW + MnM + TM-1

For Sale: MD-UW + MnM + TM-1

2007-11-18 by doc_sample

Hi,
I'm selling my Machinedrum-UW, Monomachine SFX-60, and TM-1 because I
just can't spend the time with the machines. The machines are in MINT
condition without any scratches, and also in perfect working order. I
also have the original box and manuals, etc. they even have the
original patterns still on the machines; they are that unused.

I will ship to just about anywhere, but shipping costs will depend on
your location. I am in the Washington, DC area.

I can take cashiers check, money order or Paypal for payment. I would
have done this through eBay but thought I would try here first.

Thanks.

The MD-UW was $1640 and the Monomachine SFX-60 was $1340. They are
basically brand new, so I'm will sell the MD for $1400 and the
Monomachine for $1100. I would throw in the TM-1 at no extra cost if
this works for you.

yeah man no offense but the new MK2 just came out with loadable user
waves on the MNM and 64 step patterns on both machines. i hope you
can get this out of them but you prolly have better luck going to ebay
where maybe tehre will be someone "out of the know" that will pay this
for the machine.

Re: [elektron] Re: For Sale: MD-UW + MnM + TM-1

On eBay I've found the MNM MK1 for $1400 (this is after the conversion from
GBP to USD though, and USD is very weak right now). On eBay there is one
going for ~$1000 right now, but the bidding hasn't ended yet.

As far as the SPS-1 UW, I'm seeing $1400 - $1700 USD (but this is after
conversion again, so they are probably inflated some).

These are all used, not new.

I would say that the best you could probably hope for is around $2000.
Honestly, anyone looking for the MD or MNM has probably found out about the
MK2's. Start the bidding at $1500, put a reserve of $2000, and put a "Buy
It Now" of $2500. Maybe you'll get lucky (this is assuming you sell both in
the same auction).

I think that is fair they will probably sell out of mkII soon and they are still very desirable.

Why would someone pay $2000 for a used one, when you can get a new one
for much less?
