Sidstation Problem? Sounds a bit 'thinner'...?

It could just be me, but i've noticed my Sidstation to sound a little different than I remember it. Granted, I haven't played it in a while, but its lost some of it's image & bottom end it seems, like it's lost a voice or something. Does this happen with Sids? I know this is vague, but just seeing if there's some kind of common problem that arises as such. Thanks.
