Elektron Musical Instruments

Is anyone else by chance using a midisport 8x8 midi interface with windows
2000 and USB? I'm trying to update the MD OS and I'm having no luck. I've
tried every possible thing imaginable, both with cubase VST, midi-ox and by
using the midi update file and the sysex file and the most I can get out of
the MD is the BD LED lighting up but that's it. I've enabled sysex to pass
with both programs, but my fear is that there is something wrong with the
midisport drivers that prevents sysex output. I've been able to get sysex in
through the interface but can't seem to get it out. ?
