It should be possible. You'll need an environment that maps the 
controllers. Check www.swiftkick.com for some examples on how to create 
such environments.

By the way, in case you want to control all Machinedrum parameters in 
Logic (MD = local off), you need to:
1) make sure the "sequencer input" object does NOT channelize. You can 
find this in the parameters of this object (in the environment)
2) make sure the midi instrument you're using is set to "all channels" 
instead of a specific channel.

This way, you can automate and control the MD from within Logic without 
any restrictions. Enjoy.
Perhaps Elektron could put this info on their website?
