Elektron Musical Instruments

Hello.
I just got a mint sidstation yesterday for $300.
Is there anyway I should go about learning the sidstation that 
would be more benificial?
Just wondering.

   "Also note sysex dumps should _not_ be made with "range" selections or
   as "all" transfer. To keep your data in OS releases less than OS0.99 you
need
   to specify the object to dump, one by one."

---> does that mean I have to dump every Kit singularly?
---> does that mean I nave to dump every Pattern singularly?

I just want to make 100% sure

Did you get the manual? Otherwise you should download it from
www.sidstation.com. Then look at the preset patches and try to
understand them.

Whats everyone think of the new OS then? I didnt back my patterns up
properly so I ended up loseing them all :-( ah well, I can always write
more. The new features are looking good, especially the improved song mode
and the new input machines. The new filter input machine is great!
Everything feels a bit more stable and polished than before. I don't know if
I'm imagining it but the overall sound seems a little different as well. I
hope Elektron keeps on developing the OS!
