I've never noticed a problem with that... if there's a difference, just
change the gain on your desk. ;-)

I've done that a while ago and it worked.
I'm not using that feature anymore these days though.

No

In the first days it made strange noises from time to time, but not now.

The main outs go through the fx section, and there the thing gets really
pumped up (and I mean really up!:). The single outs are dry, so theres your
problem. If you have an ext compressor its not a bad idea to use a single
out for it (I havent understood the HP of the compressor completly though),
but I havent, so I use the main out only.

No, and I know that softseq dont like to be slaves. But the new betaOS is
really asking for it, isnt it?

It blows me everytime I play with it (everyday?!?:)

Re: [elektron] Question from new MD in Barcelona

Hi,
thank you for your reply!
YES, after my first mail I also discovered that same noise you are
talking about in the alt.outs and freaked out! It is more noticeble in
low freq. long decay sounds (ex: any Bass drum), I can hear a kind of
filter closing after the sound which realy interfers with any
reasonable sound design you my want to do. If a sound is assigned to C
and you solo D on you mixer you only hear this noise...
Apart from this noise I also have another very strange one. Yesterday I
recorded and send them to David at Elektron support who´s been dealing
with this. If they do not manage to give me a do reason for this and
also a short term solution I am not keeping my MD. The potential is
definitely there but if you can´t use it properly there is no point...
Un saludo from Barcelona
Joao
