Some bugs I've noticed?

I'm not sure but with my dabbles into experimenting with the MD I find that when I start synching my fatman to the md I have to trigger the fatman with the 16 keys on the MD for it to follow the sequence that I already programed in the mid machine. I'm a n00b so I'm not sure of the details. Also, if I changed between classic or extended, or something like that(n00b), I lose a high hat or two. I.e. the drum part will show up on the bottom left of the screen but I can't hear it. Anyone experienced something like that? Maybe it was not switching between those modes but some kind of switching. I also have a request for a OS update. Have a combined mid/inp machine so I can hook up a fatman and sequence and sound input on one track. Is it possible to already do this? Can I have a mid and an inp machine on say M1? This would be easier to make a sequence and manipulate the sound without changing between tracks. I hope this makes sense cuz I don't know the terminology well cuz I'ma n00b.
