so what does "sysex error code 1!" mean?

i updated to the new os with midi ox, worked fine - but sending syx dumps to
the md always displays that error...

what am i doing wrong?!?

It seems like no one replied here.  So I'm gonna suggest something
here.  I use "dumpster" for my sysex dumps.  I had no problem with it.
 It is only for sysex.  If you are still having trouble reply.  I got
it from the korg ms2000 group.
