funny after writing this email... i look in my inbox and there is elektron
support email... oh well, guess i wrote most  this email for nothing... and in
all honesty turn around time for a reply from elektron for my second email,
was about 4 minutes:) GO ELEKTRON!!!

I had to send mine back, it seems like it took about 3-4 weeks total 
turnaround.
