Elektron Musical Instruments

Would anyone be interested in a vst thingie that would let you play a 
machine like a synth (by automaticly converting notes into pitch 
parameters, maybe even spread across different machines to be able to 
do some nice coords)?

I know a guy who's into vst stuff but he wouldn't program this for 
free, so if we could split the bill :)
