You won't be able to quickly and easily, because the patches for .sid tunes were arrays of parameters which were read and processed by the programmers' own routines...if you were very lucky the song you're interested in could have been written by a common editor and that might make the job easier. But in the meantime, you're best best is to get a piece of software which captures writes to the sid (does asid do this?) and watch what happens... btw, what particular song/sound are you interested in? I have the hvsc... I'll listen to it and try to figure out how it was done...could be a good challenge... -N
