Help me sync MD with SX (just a little problem anymore)

Hi, I've been syncing MD to SX (MD is slave). Everything is fine, except that MD is always a bit late. I noticed this when using the NI battery. Battery should be right on time (sample accurate). The MD snare (which should at the same with battery) is always just a little bit. This can't be a latency thing, because I'm using rme hammerfall with 6ms latency. I know that there is some midi latency compensation thing Sx. Should I be using that? Or maybe people have some better suggestions... Pretty please with sugar on a top. Toni.
