Monomachine Contra

I am really a big fan of Elektron Products, i own the Machinedrum, and i am quite happy about it (not about everything). i feel most of you are a little bit too "uncritical" when it comes to Elektron Products. Almost kind of religious. i think its weird how most of you are praising facts of the Monomachine, which are completely standard, or not really that amazing in the Year 2003 anymore. the known facts: * it's 6 part multitimbral (as is my 4 year old novation nova) * it has some kind of stepsequencer per part (like a korg electribe) * it has a good load of knobs for tweaking (but not sooo many, compared to a Nord Lead 3, or even a Virus). * It has a dedicated Effect Unit per Instrument(like my old Nova) * and it costs "under 2000 Euro", as somebody was stating here...(i think 2000 Euro is quite a lot) * nobody knows the about the MMs' sound quality yet i think the overall concept of the Monomachine is quite interesting, and i appreciate Elektrons unique style in designing Synths, but i guess you guys should keep a little bit more to the ground, and cling to the facts. And i hope Elektron will do a Synth machine for the Machinedrum in one of their next Updates for the OS.
