monomachine speculation

Hmm... just a thought:

If the monomachine and the MD use a similiar (possibly the same) DSP
platform, wouldn't that make the "machines" in them interchangeable?
For example one could load a trx drum synth in to the monomachine or
a synth machine into the MD?

I'll admit, I haven't got a clue about what anything that is being said is.
Hell, before I bought my Sidstation, I had no clue what a LFO is. I,
myself, only own 3 pieces of equipment. The Sid, a Syntechno Teebee, and a
Korg Electribe R (the drum machine one). (and if you really wanna stretch
it, I have a Casio SK-1 that I sometimes use!) So, I haven't got a clue
about most of the stuff you kids talk about on here.

All I know is that Elektron makes some PRETTY mechinations. I'd buy the
Monomachine and the Machinedrum on |looks| alone. I plan to buy them, but
my money is tied up in my comicbook company right now, and I have little to
spare. So, yeah, the MONOMACHINE IS GONNA ROCK MY WORLD... because it's a
pretty, pretty princess.

Are you really Sam Keith? I always see his name in your signature.
Anyway I was a big fan. Especially with the Maxx. I'd like to see a
movie made about that one. Screw Spiderman, the Daredevil, and the
Hulk. Let's go to the outback and chase some rabbits.

Uh, no. I'm Sam Kieth's webmaster. I'm also a freelance comicbook
colourist and own my own publishing company. My name is S. Steven Struble.
Sam's just a pal of mine.

Wow. Sorry this is way off topic everyone. Just a pal, it's funny
how when I was younger I thought about such people as untouchables.
I'd like to add that my fiance is Korean and they read comics all the
time here. There are huge differences between the American comics
and the manga style comics as you probably know. I guess I'm still a
fan of Sam Keith. Great stories.
