Yes, it's currently in development by me.  It's called SIDed, and currently 
I have the MIDI Interface software done, a custom piano control that lets 
you play notes with the mouse, a custom (D)ADSR control for the Filter and 
Osc envelopes, and realtime updating of all but one of the Filter 
Parameters.  I'm on the short list of finishing features now, and would 
have liked to have it out a few months ago, but I've been busy with other 
projects.  Oh yeah, sadly it's Windows only, since I don't own a Mac.

Elektron has agreed to Beta Test it, so they'll probably get a copy a 
little before it's released.

Also, be sure to pick up a copy of Static Engine's new release 
"Submolecular" on ADSR.  And watch for a remix album, including a remix 
from my group (Zero Crossing) sometime soon.  :)
