Elektron Musical Instruments

I used the song sequencer for the first time tonight and liked the
results a lot.  But I had some thoughts/concerns:
1) Sometimes the level knob wouldn't work at all while the song was
   playing; other times, it worked just fine
2) The song names don't seem to save when the song is saved; they keep
   reverting back to other names (like the name of the kit used!). But
   this is only in the song list. The name appears correctly in the
   playing/tracking screen
3) I like the transpose feature (as well as the ability to mute external
   MIDI tracks). However, would it be possible to have transposing done
   on a per-track basis? This would be MUCH more useful than the way it
   is now. Perhaps popping up a page like the mute page and having the
   track transposing done there?

I just wanted to see what everyone else thought of these things, just in
case bug reports or feature requests have already been submitted.

Other than that, I really like using the song sequencer with the MM more
than I do in the MD.  Mainly since the muting is weird in the MM and I
can't change mutings quite as tightly as I can in the MD.

I really agree with this suggestion and in fact expected this behavior 
until I selected the transpose field the first time. I hope Elektron 
considers exactly what is proposed.

Some other problems/bugs with song mode relate to how the offset and 
length features are currently working. These are very buggy to the 
point that I could not use them as I wanted to play subsections of a 
pattern as part of a song development. The fact that pattern copy does 
not work (for me at least) made the whole song assembly process arduous 
and somewhat futile. <Sigh>!

I also noticed some very strange behavior when using the JUMP feature 
in song mode. I regrettfully have concluded that song mode is far from 
completed and have since limited my excursions to just the pattern mode.
