Of course.  *Every*one has this problem -- it is basic to the
SIDstation, and discussed in some detail in the manual.  Do you have a
manual for yours?

No, I did not get one with mine. I bought it used with
no manual.

Thanks Joe!

I don't think the lag will be a problem, I am going to
use my Korg ea1 to trigger the sounds from my
Sidstation. That should do the trick according to what
the manual says.

Man, figuring out how it works without a manual would be really tough.
I gather you're just using presets, and not programming it yourself?
Well, now you know where to get a manual, so you can learn all about
this wondrous little beast.

I didn't have a manual for the first couple months, and the only thing  
that I didn't understand was the gate / envelope thing.  Everything  
else eventually made sense (the tables took a good 10 hours of trial  
and error)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
