Hey Moderator

You need to do something about the SPAM on this list!
Make is posting for "members only".

Hey Matt.

Posting is already member only. I do ban every address that spams us. The
only step up is to moderate subscribing and hope spammer addresses are not
registered yet. But I am reluctant to put moderated-based subscribing

Maybe I should make a poll to know if current users feel it is necessary.

SIMPLE (I do it for the 10 or so lists I administer): Just make all new members moderated. Then when a new member sends a message that is good, you de-moderate them and approve the message. All the porn comes from new members that come via bots and post. This method stops them dead.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
