The list is kindof quiet. Good time to drop a link to an MP3 of a
MD/Virus track I wrote. It was posted by Igloo magazine at:

Hmmm... "Industrialized Acid Nostalgia"... - maybe _that's_ what
I've been writing?

The recording was well done. How did you put it together? Was it
sequenced by the MD or did you use logic or something?

A little simple in my opinion. Could use some changes.

The MD is running in Sync-start song mode (i.e. pretty much doing its
own thing). The synth parts were sequenced in Cubase VST.

Yeah... it is really simple - two synth parts and the MD. But I kind
of liked it that way, and didn't go back in to add any other
timbres.

My biggest gripe is that the high-note arpeggios don't always fall
exactly where I wanted them to fall... I fought with this for many
many hours, quantising and changing midi-timing, and finally just
gave up. Not sure if it is due to unstable timing, Virus response,
or what...

Loving the overall feeling of this track, but I just keep waiting
for some buildup, and for the bass to kick harder!

this was sequenced with MD and using external synthesizers/drum
machines last night.
