Okay, so my idea is that there is some sort of "kit link" or "kit
follow" mode in these two wonderous machines.  The feature of such a
mode would be to link similar machines between the two kits so that
such machines are not re-loaded when the new kit is loaded.

For example...say you are using kit "A" in the Monomachine in one part
of a song and then later on in the song you want to change to kit "B";
BUT half of kit B was created by simply copying kit A and the other
half utilizes new machines/settings. Now imagine that you also want to
tweak some of the machines (the ones that are identical in both kits)
during the first part of the song.  These changes only affect kit A, 
so now when you change kit B later in the song, those tweaks are gone
when kit B is loaded and the shared machines revert back to their
saved settings.

Does this ever happen to anyone else?  Because it happens to me all
the time, expecially when using the MnM, because it has fewer tracks
than the MD.

Anyway, what the proposed feature would do is link the two kits
together such that any machine that is "shared" between the two won't
be loaded when the two kits are loaded consecutively.  Perhaps the
shared machines can be specified by the user when setting up the
linking, I don't know... 

I think it's a useful idea, especially given the liveness of this
machine.  What does everyone else think?  Daniel, is this even possible?
