MD LFO can't control Note.

MD LFO can't control Note.

2004-06-06 by Ethan Eves

I realize this may be an odd thing to note, but the LFO in the Machine Drum (and I assume
the Mono Machine) can't control the note number. In the LFO screen, you can choose the
Note value as a destination, but it has no effect. I would love to use the LFO to generate
random notes. Set the LFO shape to the Random/S&H and use the hold parameter to get it
to set a random note every time a note is triggered. Am I doing this wrong? If this is not
currently possible, it should be implemented in some manor.

I totally agree. I think the midi note control is quite limited on
the MD. What you mentioned and recording midi notes would be nice.

No, it is not possible.
