hi all!
just received my machinedrum today!

3 questions:

1. is there a factory reset mode, how can i do the factory reset?
2. is it normal that the dataentry knobs feel somewhat wiggly?
3. is there an internal test mode for testing the knobs, in-/outputs and
display?

yup. cf. page 59 of the manual.

mine are like this too, so i'll offer a tentative yes.

short of using them, no.
