I just sent a message to support@... detailing problems with
MnM's song mode, and I included the problems that were listed in this
group last week. To my surprise, they hadn't heard about these
problems yet.

People on this list, especially new users need to realize that
elektron monitors this list sporadically, and that problems with
their equipment, _especially_ anything reproducible should be sent to
their attention at the address listed above. They are very good at
fixing bugs, but they have to know about the bugs first. Send them a
message ASAP with as much detail as you can muster, and the next OS
revision will probably include a fix.

So let's write down a list of discovered bugs and send it once.

2 lists, one for MD, one for MnM.

I imagine that it works a lot better if each individual sends his
specific problem to elektron. They'll respond with a bunch of
questions and things to try out to try and pinpoint the problem, and
there is usually a round or two of follow up emails. Compiling a
list doesn't work well, because they don't know who to direct
questions to. That, and it's a bit overwhelming. Just try to
remember to send your OS problems to them as they arise.

i would suggest to send details of any bug to elektron, and compile a
detailed list for the reference of elektron and machine users. that
way everyone knows whats going on!
