rob does new modules i have not seen him release any emu modular modules for about 5 years
he mostly did it for him self
muff wiggler is the best place to catch him as he regularly put messages with current modules for sale

Rob who used to run Emulator archive is doing modular stuff now I do believe.
But I don't know that he even monitors this group anymore.

Jammie might have his current email address….or some input on the question.
