I have uploaded in EMXP format bootable factory HD images into the "box" download repository.

I cannot say whether there is any corruption there, but I got them directly off factory made Zip disks.
I would think (if the zips weren't corrupt) that you could make specific bank images off those.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
